This is an excellent tv. The picture and sound quality is very good and clear and it is easy to setup. If it wasn't for the buzzing fault I had with mine, I would of given it 5 stars.

Samsung are known for manufacturing wide range of products that combine cost, performance and aesthetics to provide absolute value to consumers and their 2010 range is excellent to say the lest. Unfortunately, the 37C530 models fitted with AUO's A-MVA panel seem to buzz at settings other than 20 [backlight]. However, setting backlight to 20 under home environment/lighting is not recommended and does not completely address the issue as the backlight dims (automatically) the buzzing reoccurs. It is by no means loud and does depend on the user's age/sensitivity to sound. My birth age is 23 and I was able to hear the noise in a semi-quite environment. In my opinion, it destroys the experience completely.
It's shame that such a small fault completely undermines the quality of this set. Upon testing, it yields very low input lag, good colors and excellent pixel response, which are ideal for gamers and casual users.
The first model I ordered had visible screen smudge close to the center but couldn't detect buzzing of any sort. The second model and the third (replacement) had buzzing emanating from the rear. Several other users have also reported the problem on various forums so I don't believe it is an isolated incident.
Thankfully Amazon have been very responsive and kind. They acted immediately to resolve my predicament and have taken the 37C530 offline for review.
PS: It it worth stating that both sets were manufactured between March and April (2010). Maybe the issue is solved in the newer batches.

The TV was well boxed and all the parts were there and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. On switch on, there was a vertical green line on the LHS of the screen 9cm in from the side and another intermittent line on the bottom 40mm up from the bottom. I registered on the Samsung website so that i could ask a question as the web facility is meant to be manned 24/7. This was after I had tried to contact customer services just after 6pm and received a message saying that their hours were 0800 to 2000 hrs!!!! Must have knocked off early.
I finally got an answer on their website at about 11am the following day, which said, please phone us to discuss the problem.
When I phoned the recorded message said they aimed to answer all calls within 1 minute. They answered me after at least 10 minutes. They then confirmed the TV was faulty.
I have decided as their customer service is so poor that I will go with a different manufacturer.
